There is nothing called perfection for humans. Those humans who keep on learning from the day they come out from womb and till the day they die. Yes! even death is something new for their experience. They keep learning everything, they find new ways of failing. Isn’t it?

Humans are the most weird organism. They are just afraid of showing their worries and sadness. There is always this need to make a face or strike a pose. It is all so superficial. They are not comfortable for something but they pretend like everything is fine for no reason. May be they just don’t want to disclose their self insecurities or don’t want to share to make them feel bad. It’s just perspective. This is how they try to frame so called their perfect biopic.

They are like feeling so unhappy but surrounded by everything they really need. They don’t understand life is like a game of puzzle where you need to frame everything by your own imaginary picture. People are like pieces. There are zillion of possibilities. You just see them everyday, over and over again. You can make picture of luminescence of joy, where the pursuit of happiness ends with the end of rainbow. Everything is right behind them but they just can’t figure it out.

They are like feeling so alone but living in a big apartment full of people whom they never talk. Want to say something to someone but can not say for no reasons. They all need someone for their help and support. They are meant to be like can do everything alone but still it’s not practical for anyone. You need some delivery boy to bring your pizza when you’re tired from all your monotonous work and don’t want to cook anything in the kitchen.

They are just programmed to be a something called perfection. Life by many means is very simple smooth road without any destination but milestones that we mark for ourselves. But a smooth road is always boring to drive. They need thrills to make us feel we are alive. They need pot holes on our way. This is how they all get damaged. This is so blaspheme.

For a woman her beauty is what everyone defines. No matter what skills she have but without her beauty she is defined to be as incomplete personality. But still she is just a human. Her face, her skin is not immortal like her beautiful soul. She keep changes from her body every tick-tock. Cells are dividing, regenerating, mitosis-meiosis is happening. She is not in the same body as she was in 7 years before.

Her mirror sings:

For him her so called flaws are just the way he loves her everyday for no reason. Because out of all the flaws he is stumbled on, it’s the hardest one to focus on. This is how life goes by. There should be no fear. It’s the rule of nature.
It’s always a point of view and here everything little thing is subjective. It’s simply want you want to see. It can be accidental or absolutely irrelevant for someone. There are always some messages to be ignored. It’s all about the prospective. They take it for fun, ignore it or take it so seriously.

Evidence shows that people of South Asian descent are at higher risk of high blood pressure and coronary heart disease (CHD). Indians consume about 3.7 grams of sodium, corresponding to about 9.3 grams of salt per day. This is nearly twice the amount recommended by the WHO. The positive side is that salt consumption has declined slightly in India between 1990 and 2010. There are major regional variations around this average.

Poor people use more of salt to make  their small amount of food tasty. Rich get more salt through fast food and packaged food.

It is estimated that hypertension in India will rise from 140 million people in 2008 to nearly 215 million by 2030 with increased risk of premature heart attacks, strokes and kidney disease. A national salt reduction  programme in India is set to target reductions in blood pressure, heart disease and stroke.

Evidence has shown that a number of health conditions are caused by, or exacerbated by, a high salt diet. Although the strongest evidence is for the effect that a high salt diet has on blood pressure, stroke and heart disease, there is also a wide body of evidence indicating a link between salt consumption and other conditions.

Indian Cuisine and Salt:

Indian cuisine in general, has excess salt. The reason being, Indian cuisine has a heavy load of spices, the spice levels in our food masks the effect of salt. Hence we keep adding salt about 40% more in excess than needed for a particular dish, when cooked sans those spices. This is the reason why in Indian cuisine we tend to add excess salt. Sometimes, people start adding salt even without tasting their food.

The next reason why Indians have excess salt in our food is that, our taste buds are tuned that way. If you gradually add less salt, your taste buds will adjust (it takes about 3 weeks) and you will not notice the difference.

Few food items in particular, that we consume on an everyday basis which has high salt content are:
Pickles, chutneys, sauces and ketchups, papads, chips and salted biscuits, savoury items, cheese and salted butter, canned foods (vegetables, dals & meats), bakery products, ready made soup powders, dried salted fish, Chinese food, salted nuts etc. Butter and ghee are both high in salt and fat. Cut these out of your cooking by replacing them with olive or rapseed oil, or use unsalted versions.

A reduction in salt consumption even by 1g in diet daily may help decrease the incidences of death, say University of California-San Francisco researchers at the American Heart Association’s 49th Annual Conference on Cardiovascular Disease Epidemiology and Prevention. The researchers say that a 3g a day reduction in salt intake could result in 6% fewer cases of new heart disease, 8% fewer heart attacks, and 3% fewer deaths.

How to reduce salt in your food?

Check nutritional information on food labels before you buy a product. Look for the amount of salt (sodium, Na), monosodium glutamate (MSG), baking soda or soda (sodium bicarbonate), baking powder, sodium benzoate, sodium sulfite, sodium nitrite, etc. present in the product. Understand the meaning of the label:

Low sodium/salt: Less than 120mg sodium/100g of food or not more than half the sodium content of the regular food (whichever is less).
Reduced sodium/salt: Up to 75% of the sodium content of the regular food.
Lightly salted: At least 90mg sodium/100g of food less than regular food and less than 600mg of sodium/100g.
Do not keep salt shaker on the dining table.
Choose fruits and vegetables as snacks, rather than salty snack foods.
Choose fresh, frozen or canned food items without added salts or of reduced salt variety. There are many products available with reduced levels of salt or with no added salt.
Select unsalted nuts or seeds.
Eat less salty foods like chips, pretzels, crisps, salted nuts, salty cheeses, soy sauce, pickles, Bikaneri bhujia, chicken broth, processed meat and fish.
Buy fresh, (plain) frozen or canned vegetables without added salt. Rinse canned vegetables to eliminate some of the added salt.
Select unsalted, fat-free broths, bouillons or soups.
Select fat-free or low-fat milk, yogurt and cheese with low sodium.
Add spices, herb, garlic and lemon juice in cooking instead of salt to enhance the taste and flavor of your food. Use only half the amount of salt recommended in a recipe.
Reduce eating pickles, they are high in salt.
Buy ready to eat meals with reduced salt. Do not buy packaged foods that contain more than 120mg of sodium per serving.
Avoid using sauces, such as mayonnaise and ketchup, as these are often high in salt.
Choose fresh or frozen fish, shellfish, poultry and meat most often. They are lower in salt than most canned and processed options.
Some drugs contain high amounts of sodium. Look for it.

Today breast cancer is one the most dangerous disease in women after skin and lung cancer  among women. Etiologically depends upon geographical location, genetically, oestrogen access. It is more common in urban areas of India and developed nations. It’s more often in left breast than the right and is bilateral in about 4% cases.

As per statistics development of invasive breast cancer is 12% over the course of her lifetime of US women. About 25% of all cancers among women and causes approximately 20% of all cancer deaths.

In 2015, an estimated 231,840 new cases of invasive breast cancer are expected to be diagnosed in women in the U.S., along with 60,290 new cases of non­invasive (in situ) breast cancer. Around 40,290 women will die from breast cancer.

Breast cancer is now the most common cancer in most cities in India, and 2nd most common in the rural areas. It is most common among post­menopausal women of 50­60 years of age. It is even possible to have development of breast cancer in men but it very rare for like 0.2% of cases.

For around 85% of breast cancers occur in women who have no family history of breast cancer. These occur due to genetic mutations that happen as a result of the aging process and life in general, rather than inherited mutation in genes.

There is no such way to prevent this breast cancer but sill there are few measurements that can lower the chances. It can be possible changing few risk factors that one can keep under it control by changing the lifestyle and diagnosing at earliest stage as possible.

Alcohol is not only destroys you liver and kidneys. It is also associated with an increased risk of breast cancer. So it is better to limit the intake to no more than one drink a day, regardless of type of liquor.

But also some women with first childbirth at the late age of over 30 are in greater risk.

6. Avoid Hormone Therapy

Long term use of OCP (oral contraceptive pills) has been suspected to predispose to breast cancer. Menopausal hormone therapy increases risk for breast cancer. If you must take hormones to manage menopausal symptoms, avoid those that contain progesterone and limit their use to less than three years. So avoid unless it has been prescribed by a doctor.

7. Have regular check­ups

If you are at high risk for breast cancer, such as having a particular gene like a BRCA gene, or have a strong family history or have had high­risk benign breast disease in the past, talk with your doctor about other options like mammography, MRI, xeroradiography, thermography, FNAC and ultrasound screenings.

Many of the times It is noticed that the patient comes at later stage of the cancer and it becomes quite difficult and less possibilities to cure it. It is always advisable to have regular check­ups in hospital. You need to follow­up and talk frankly this about to your doctor.

Five keys to safer food


According to World Heath Organisation (WHO) unsafe food is linked to the deaths of an estimated 2 million people annually – including many children. Food containing harmful bacteria, viruses, parasites or chemical substances is responsible for more than 200 diseases, ranging from diarrhea to cancers.
This year on World Heath Day, the new campaign is for food safety. This is a shared responsibility. It is important to work all along the food production chain – from farmers and manufacturers to vendors and consumers.
So here are the five keys to safer food offer practical guidance to vendors and consumers for handling and preparing food as per WHO:
Key 1: Keep it clean

It is always necessary to clean your hands before handling, preparing and cooking food. Wash your hands after using toilet, with a good antiseptic soap. Wash and sanitize all the surfaces and equipment used in preparation of meal. And make sure you are protecting your kitchen areas and food from insects, pests, and other birds and animals. All the things above will let dangerous infectious micro-organisms away from food that are found in soil, water, animals and people. It usually carries through hands, clothes, utensils and animals.
Key 2: Separate raw and cooked food

It is recommended to keep raw and cooked foods separate reduces the risk of cross contamination. Hence you must keep separate utensils and containers for raw and cooked food.
Key 3: Cook food thoroughly

Some cooked dishes contain ingredients that may have harmful bacteria. Cooking foods thoroughly will help to destroy these bacteria. It is important to check that meat, chicken, fish or egg dishes are cooked thoroughly. Always eat fresh food and make heat above 70*C while cooking to make safer for consumption. Also keep reheating thoroughly time after time.
Key 4: Keep food at safe temperatures

Never leave cooked food at room temperature for more than 2 hours. It is recommended to keep in refrigerator below 5*C promptly all cooked and perishable food as it avoid micro-organisms for further multiply; although some grows normally. But keep in mind storing food too long even in refrigerator is not safe. As we all know serving main course hot makes it tasty but it also it slow down or even stops the growth of micro-organisms. So keep it piping hot more than 60*C before serving it.

Key 5: Use safe water and raw materials

In modern world it become must to have a water purifier at home now. 13.) Pre cut veggies and fruits are trap:
 You might be an ravager cook. Takes time to cut vegetables and fruits, have no time as working person or just lazy enough to pay less for uncut food. These pre cut food is generally worse product of food. It has been cut so many stale or over ripen fruits and veg get also included in the packet. Because these stuff will never be sold if placed uncut and lose.
14.) Never buy fruits from the supermarket:
Remember that old 90s sitcom, Seinfeld show? That character Kramer said “Never buy fruits from the supermarket! The apples are mealy, the oranges are dry… I don’t know what’s going on with the papayas!”
Exactly these fruits might be worse than the local fruits shops. But if you are specific about apples. It might be better as in our hot summers in India. Apple should be stored strictly in refrigerator that is more possible in these supermarkets. But always check before you put in cart as it can be of months too.
15.) Avoid looking at the stuffs in the billing counter:
This the best place for customers to distract and make them put in their cart by supermarket. Chocolates, toffees, chewing gums, toys, or the snacks that are not selling. This is for kids who are getting bored and annoying their parents to put these stuffs more.

It has been noticed that many times cashier do wrong billing as they put the same product twice or some wrong product code into your billing list. What camera should I get?

Camera, a device used to capture photographs for your memories. Traditionally by taking shots and save it in the photographic film. But today the most of the consumers shifted to digital cameras as the digital era arrived. WHAT’S NEW IN THE UPCOMING ANDROID M 6.0

Google has announced this year’s latest operating system Android M 6.0 in developer preview at their annual conference Google I/O on 28th of May.
This new OS has not final name yet so it is just M till the developers make it final in late October of this year with their upcoming Nexus device. It can be M for Muffin, M&M, Milkshake or Makhaniya Lassi??
It is not a big update but there are plenty of new features in this new Android M of which some gonna make you super excited about. Initially you will see from the home and theme. You will not recognize that is it current lollipop or upcoming M. Then when you open to app drawer. Things have been changed. Now instead of horizontal scrolling, app drawer works vertically in alphabetical order. That makes it quite weird.
According to google this the more a polished version of Android Lollipop with advancement and promise of better battery life with two times more in idle.
Things like better text selection with a floating toolbar. Now it selects word by word, this makes it fun and easier to use.  Latest integration of USB Type-C support which you might have seen in latest macbook now for android phones, crazy improved power management specially when you leave your device in standby.
Fingerprint scanner support is now in stock android just like in Apple iPhone and Samsung Galaxy devices, an improved verison of Google wallet called Android Pay. Also by this you can purchase apps, music, books etc on play store. In future we can expect many manufactures with this fingerprint scanner in the mobile device. Online shopping sites like flipkart, myntra, amazon, snapdeal etc using for authentication for paying.
Now you can give individual permission to android apps that you have already installed like if you don’t want your app to use your mic, camera or any information, you can simply deselect it. It will make better privacy as well as security for your android device.
Revamped volume controls that made it simpler to use. Now you can use use your volume rocker down to make it silent and if you hit down again, it turns to be Do Not Disturb Mode. Also it has separate settings for phone, ringing and alarm volume.
For those who miss dark theme of previous android versions in their lollipop now can set dark or light or auto theme of their choice in their settings. Customized Chrome tabs have been introduced, direct sharing with contacts are all now included.
Google now is getting better and better since Jelly bean 4.1. From now it is gonna work anywhere. Whether you are surfing web on chrome or chatting on whatsapp. Apps don’t need modifications to let Google Now use them as context, but developers will be able to make their Google Now cards more actionable.
Android has never properly supported external storage, with Google offering excuses like a confusing  UI and the slowness of microSD cards as the reasons behind its reluctance to support them. But now, with Android M, Google is introducing support for external storage in a way that card inserted into a device and treat it like internal storage. You can even install apps in that. This will gonna have killer feature for budget smartphones popular in developed countries like our India.

I always have been a small town, upper middle class boy who lived obedienty most of the time in my life. Though I’m a mild yet aggressive young adult now. I am raised with good moral values throughout my childhood. So, I don’t understand why people are so much fretful and disobedient with all their bad habits. Like now I am talking about my summers vacations. I was in National Capital Reserve (NCR) for two weeks, staying at my cousin’s place Noida Sector 61. I applied for summer vocational courses in New Delhi to full-fill my passion for cooking and baking.

Initially I joined International Institute of Culinary Arts. It is located in Hauz Khas Village. So, for that I travel from Noida City Centre Metro Station, that was 4km away from Sector 61. It all started from the behavior of Autowale bhaiya. On the first day I took an auto, and the weird thing about Noida autorickshaw is that they don’t run on metre, demands independently. He asked me 50 bucks for that and after a cool bargaining I asked for 40 and  he let me in. After reaching to noida city centre I gave him 50 rupees note and expect for the 10 rupees change. Just for that he started to abuse and humiliate me badly in the morning and how could I remain silent I also defended myself and somehow got my 10 rupees back. I mean how can be he behave so mean about it, if he agreed for 40 before I get in. No one behaves like that in other small towns where I lived. Later I got to know that fare of 40 rupees was proper, for the next these days because they calculate 10 bucks per kilometre.

Next was entering to metro station. Before telling you fulls story all I want to tell you that I never been traveled in metro railway before as most of the time I come New Delhi for 2-3 days and usually travel in car with my chauffeur. So the first thing I noticed is people. People, people, people.. everywhere people. Everyone in rush I never seen that much rush in my life. When people were using a lift to go upper floor of metro train, they must have to make certainty, a weight limit. It was clearly written that this lift is preference for seniors citizen and handicapped. When I got enter some more young adults like me entered after me and an old man remain left outside. Lift started to show weight limit exceeded and none of a single brat moved from his place like everyone is prince of their own kingdom. So I moved on, let that poor old man in and choose old fashioned stairs to move up.

I entered into the metro station. I was quite thirsty so I purchased a can of soda. Later to catch up my blue line train. I moved to ticket window and got a card with a balance of 80 by paying 100 (20 was security deposit). I was observing the crowd outside station as I said but never expected that mother of crowd in the waiting of blue line metro train. There were separate cabins for women as per women empowerment program by government and it was normally crowded and having comfortable sitting arrangement for them. Moving ahead to general cabins. All the heavy crazy crowd entered there just like when I was a child, I use to play musical chairs on friends’ birthday parties. All the working class men sit in their seats and weak seniors and other ladies remained standing like me, a newbie. Nobody cares about other. They all  just plug their earphones in smartphones and play some stupid arcade video game like Candy Crush, FarmVille, Poker and many more. They’re all so mean and selfish and started to look me like these cans of soda, they all identical about their attitude and behavior. Like they never read about the lessons of morality and the values of karma.

I also observed so many of these youngsters who sit on their seats at the time when train is almost empty and do not stand up  when they see any women or seniors who entered in next stations, looking for a seat. The most awkward thing was when they sit on reserved seats for women and senior citizens. Like how can they see them standing in the train. They’re all more like our family members. I am sure if they are their real aunts or uncles. They definitely stand and offer seat but just because they’re strangers, they’re so much ignorant.

When I use to return in the evening. The crowd gets even more, situation gets worse or say worst. Everyone just want to return in their home. So damn tired, smelly, and miserable. I never seen women stuck in such a way. Keep standing in between dense crowd of metro train. The crowd where you don’t have any space to put your feet a foot more. I have so much pity for them. It was more like an apocalyptic situation whoever enters in the train will survive and rest all going to die. In such condition pickpocketers and molesters always take advantage. Once in news I read 90% of pickpocketers and thieve are women travelling in metro trains. They just enter with a child acts like a normal Indian lady who is just going to some place. Eve teasers, molesters, harassers can be easily seen in these trains. They keep on starring at some innocent lady very viciously like they never ever seen any woman in life or they will just eat them, very disgusting scenario. Thanks to the government for these women reserved cabins, but sometimes some men just get enter from next general cabin by saying he is with her.

I mused, looked at the eyes of them and concluded why they are so mean to others.

When a child is born, he is an angel
More the life he lives more complicated he becomes
He is still the same boy who learnt to help others in school
He is so damn much tired of living same monotonous life
Like following to same path, each and every day on his long route
He finds some short cut to reach faster and for this
To get rid of the chains he is wrapped him in
And yes he has hunger of love that made him so

I personally believe good things happen to you if you do good things to other. This create good karma, a inner happiness, no guilt, no regret and love. There are three major things that can ruin even a good person: Greed, Selfishness and Overindulgence. All the evil things brought up from these three qualities, if a person can keep control on these three he can sustain his great personality. Lies, stealing, breaking hearts, revenge, humiliation, assaults, addiction and many more are obtained by these evils.

There were four kinda flavor of cans (people) I noticed in these two weeks. 🙂

  • First are normal daily working class people who pick up and go to their office or place of work. They are veteran seat takers. Don’t much talk to others. Keeps a brief case/laptop bag and dark mustache. They have special power of sleeping when they take seats and get up exactly when their station comes. More like Thumbs Up.
  • Second are young adults who travel to reach school and college with flashy T-shirts and Jeans. They remain lost in the world of music, love or both. They don’t mind to become John Lennon & Yoko Ono and start making love in public. Usually seen with their girlfriend/boyfriend and smirk in their faces. 😉 They are Sprite.
  • Third are newbies are like who are new in metro and don’t have much idea about the stations and route. (Thanks to my smartphone metro station app which helped me a lot in such situations) They usually targets the veteran seat takers so that can release frustration of not getting their seat. More like Cuba drink.
  • Forth are typical dilli/punjabi women, the jibber jabbing. Holy mother of GuruNanakji! you can not see them  to stop for couple of seconds. They usually travels with others to talk with. They will talk about anything and LOUD so that you can listen every detail of their sad life. They are more like Fanta.
