The Exposure & Experience

Exposure and experience is all, what it counts in the life of a person.
It’s not just your skills, knowledge and intelligence that makes a successful person in career. It’s actually just 10%. Many of them realise in their student or college life, some of them get to know at their intern phase.

It is very important one should apply what they have gained from their books to the reality, many people are just have born skill, some develop by hard working and determination. It’s all about practicality and how you manage that matters.

Without the exposure of career no one will ever know what field he or she should spend their life own. It constitutes 20% in life. Like in our India specially in small towns, students are very less exposed to the world they see, they choose career what their family opt for.
Whereas in metros people are very open to choose their career as they have good exposure and counselling facilities. There are various career opportunities for a students who are not aware of might be waiting for. It can be specific to their inside field as well.
And it’s not stereotypical, I am just telling in general.

There are various techniques and procedures, the style of doing a job that evolve time to time as per the circumstances and the demand. Make it much more productive and fruitful for both the parties. It usually take much more time to get or adopt such trends where people are not exposed or not willing to adopt because of norms.

If we talk about experience, that is rest 70% of being an awesome. It all takes time and continuity to get, there is nothing else that can you mature other than time and it is directly proportional to the exposure one gain in the life. Here age remains just the man made number.
Experience is the best teacher, one should learning lesson from it. For this one should keep their ego aside in the chest and throw away in the deep ocean. Never be afraid of failure, always be afraid of not trying.

I believe in the student life one should also learn from each other. Besides just making fun of others failure in gossips, one should talk casually and try to know the lesson what he or she learnt from their mistake. There is nothing junior or senior among students, everyone is young in their student life, as I said age is only a number. Some got exposed of what you are totally have no idea of. It’s called social learning.

And all of this exposure and experience not only give impact beneficiary on an individual but also for the organisation, the company and hence the overall development of the nation.

History of Touchscreen Smartphones

When it comes to smartphone and I am very critical and picky. Many of friends and relatives consult me before buying a smartphone. I am that fussy that I can even dislike a phone just because it is unable to provide an USP but a brand value to please others such price range. And I too believe others are so they choose as per their need. My money is always on Google Nexus phones as it’s an official android device with latest  stock vanilla latest android version that is always ready to get first updates. In recent years many Chinese companies have evolved and made phone of higher flagship range in half of its price tag. Indian market of youths and enthusiast appropriated that. Only a few are really amazing as most of them are quite disappointing and cheap phones.

iphone1_1419283k-large_transqvzuuqpflyliwib6ntmjwalzsda5aztnqnzy7cwqnyq

In the year 2007 since the first apple iPhone was introduced it has a capacitive touchscreen for the first time in any mainstream smartphone. Although LG Prada phone was the first phone with capacitive touch. After that many companies have started selling their phones with linux platform called android, a project made by google for making smartphones and tablets just more like geeky version of apple iOS. Other big platforms like Palm, Symbian, Windows, Blackberry could not survive as per Charles Darwin theory.

Initially android was not that great, bit sluggish in every device, there were errors and issues involved unlike iOS that was quite simple and smoother than any other phone for normal daily usage. People were saying what a copy of iphone. But that remained since the end of 2011 when Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich was introduced. And here when I talk about android means their official hardware phone that is nexus. It was new refined platform but the maturity and smoothness comes more from Jelly Bean that lasted for couple of years.

android-timeline1

It was the time apple CEO Steve Jobs passed away since then iOS has been struggling and trying to make something like Android with the roots of iOS. Now they made the phone bigger, made iOS 8 bit more complicated than ever before, which was against the views of Jobs. Majority of apps that are valuable are available in both the environments. And early adopters of apple iPhone started to move on. I am not saying apple iPhone is bad smartphone but overall good phone for someone who is more like don’t care about new technologies, best camera phone, technophobe, wants more simpler user interface or brand value specially here in India.

Apple Copies Android Jelly Bean Safari Chrome
But since then both universes are just making the device more refined and beautiful, not much involvement of new features. There is no significant or drastic changes. Maybe because their no bunny to take advantage of cat fights between two giants. Exactly this is why they even have developed new stuffs, most probably by google Android team are new showing casing their aces on the table. Today iOS 9 and android marshmallow 6.0 are both great devices and in the end of the day it is just a phone with fancy multi-features.

Life is about to get started

Life is about to get started, Life is about to get started
It is just to be started in just few moment
Once again I coming out of the womb
The life is going to slap me again in my arse

Finally I am getting out of here
They cut all my past connections
Where the Earth I am going?
Bright Sun light blowing my dark hideous screams

Love me again for a bat of an eye
All that phony pleasures that you can flow
Give me some toys and clothes to see my giggles
Do whatever that can make me safe and calm

Life doesn’t happens for me, it happens to me
With only have two choices astronaut or scientist
Whatever big that your can imagine, force me
with smiles, for all that joys or sorrows saith

I will crave, I will cry, make you do anything
To full fill all my god damn desires
Fill my eyes with dreams again and put blinkers
Make me learn to eat but don’t teach me how to live

It all looks good because I am new with shine
Joy nor sorrow knows not from each other
Some says I am black, some says I am white
But does it really matter anyhow to anyone?

Send me school, send me classes, send me college
Send me anywhere that assure things others do
Be slave of each other for few coins that defines success
I will run again till wherever my path make me go

Doubts, Worry, Fear and Sadness makes everyone feel alive
Where goes the happiness? Remains inside likes and comments
Or a swipe right and go for plastic dinner again?
Life is about to get started, Life is about to get started!

Government should favor compulsory cars with airbags, ABS (anti-breaking system), fog lamps and rear defogger glasses.
There should be rule of not allowing kids to the age of 15 to be allowed to sit even in co-passenger seat with driver. It is followed in some countries but not in India.

OMG! This is the condition of health facilities in India

‘India spends less of its GDP on health than some of the world’s poorest countries.’

A single government hospital serves an estimated 61,000 people in India, with one bed for every 1833 people, new official data shows. In undivided Andhra Pradesh, every government hospital serves over 3 lakh patients while in Bihar, there is only one bed for every 8800 people.

Union Minister for Health J.P. Nadda released the National Health Profile 2015 prepared by the Central Bureau for Health Intelligence (CBHI) in September 2015 along with officials of the Ministry, the Directorate General of Health Services and the CBHI.

Every government allopathic doctor serves a population of over 11,000 people, with Bihar and Maharashtra having the worst ratios. The number of qualified allopathic doctors registered with medical councils fell in 2014 to 16,000, or less than half the previous year’s number; the data was however provisional, CBHI officials said.

India now has cumulatively 9.4 lakh allopathic doctors, 1.54 lakh dental surgeons, and 7.37 lakh AYUSH (Ayurvedic, Yoga, Unani, Siddha, Homeopathy) doctors of whom more than half are Ayurvedic doctors.
India’s 400 medical colleges admit an estimated 47,000 students annually.

According to World Health Organization, doctor patient ratio should be minimum one doctor for 1000 people. But in India there is only one doctor per 1,700 citizens which is increasing rapidly.
The Union Health Ministry figures claim that there are about 6-6.5 lakh doctors available, India would need about four lakh more by 2020—50,000 for PHCs; 0.8 lakh for community health centres (CHC); 1.1 lakh for 5,642 sub-centres and another 0.5 lakh for medical college hospitals.

Health expenditure per capita (in USD) of India is only $61 (around 4,000 INR) that is even less than poor countries like Haiti, Cambodia and Zambia.
World Health Organization statement that countries should spend 5 percent of national income on health care services. As per 2012 GDP India is only spending 1.3 per cent while developed countries like US and the UK spending 15 per cent and 8.5 per cent, respectively. Though as per the latest 12th Five-Year Plan India aims for 3 per cent till 2017.

g_chart5_web

The Centre’s share of total public expenditure on health has fallen over the last two years, and India spends less of its GDP on health than some of the world’s poorest countries. Among all States, undivided Andhra Pradesh had the highest public expenditure on health in 2012-13. Goa and the north-eastern States spent the most on health per capita while Bihar and Jharkhand spent the least.

Out-of-pocket private expenditure on health has risen steadily over the years, with the cost of medicines, followed by that of hospitalisation accounting for the largest share of the household expenditure. Absolute spending, as well as its share in total non-food expenditure, rises with income levels. Kerala spends the most privately on health.

India is having Human Development Index (HDI) of only 0.609 that is even worse than poor African countries like Guyana & Namibia. Best countries are Norway and Australia that having HDI of 0.944 and 0.935 respectively.

Top 10 Bollywood Films of 2015

This year 2015 was sort of mixed bag for the bollywood film industry. More than 200 films were released and around 65 were recognized by the box office and audience. There were many unexpected hit films that did pretty well in the box office to very much expected films that give nothing but the disappointment to the box office.
This is the year where popular superstars like Salman Khan (Bajrangi Bhaijaan), Ajay Devgan (Drishyam) and Askhay Kumar (Baby) did their critically best films ever. And the veteran directors like Anurag Kashyap (Bombay Velvet), Madhur Bhandarkar (Calender Girls) and R.Balki (Shamitabh) shown their worst performance till date. So here are the top 10 films of the bollywood for the year of 2015 as per me. Sorry if you didn’t find your favorite movie in this list.

10. Titli (IMDB: 7.3)
titli_cee803f4-7eb3-11e5-8319-3d66022f9dc4.jpg
In the badlands of Delhi’s dystopic underbelly, Titli (Shashank Arora), the youngest member of a violent car-jacking brothers (Ranvir Shorey), plots a desperate bid to escape the the brothers and wants to do respectable job. Titli finds an unlikely ally in his new wife, though she is caught in her own web of warped reality and dysfunctional dreams of her married boyfriend. There are some difficult to watch violent scenes that can make uncomfortable to majority of audience.

9. Bajirao Mastani (IMDB: 7.0)
bajirao.png
A movie that took 15 years to come from the mind of Sanjay Leela Bhansali to the release date. An epic historical romantic melodrama of 18th century India. Bajirao I (Ranveer Singh), the second hereditary Peshwa of the Maratha Empire and daughter of Bundela Rajput warrior Mastani (Deepika Padukone) fall in love each other after fighting a battle against Mughals. The movie is masterpiece when it comes to beautiful set, classic music and costumes and compared classics like Umrao Jaan and Mughal-e-Azam, but the story is quite made up and cliched away from real history for making to more dramatic. Ranveer-Deepika chemistry did really well throught the film.

8. BABY (IMDB: 8.1)
baby-movie-still-11.jpgA team of secret agents BABY who work for Indian Ministry of Defence for a 5 year temporary task force headed by Danny Denzongpa formed in response to the 2008 Mumbai attacks whose job is to find and eliminate terrorists who are planning attacks in India. Akshya Kumar and Tapsee Panu were in totally no bullshit roles for can do anything to save their country. Although some of the elements were inspired from Inglorious Bastards, Zero Dark Thirty and Argo, but that’s bollyright.

7. Masaan (IMDB: 8.1)
22masaan1.jpg
The plot of Masaan follows two seemingly separate story arcs of Banaras that eventually converge.
In first, story of a girl Devi (Richha Chadda) who blackmailed by police for her boyfriend who committed suicide in bathroom when they get caught in having pre-marital sex in a hotel room. Devi’s father Vidyadhar Pathak (Sanjay Mishra) tries to protect her daughter by giving demanded bribe to officer. He did outstanding serious drama as we only know him for his comic roles.
In second, story of an engineering student Deepak (Vicky Koshal) from a low-caste corpse burner family working funeral pyres at ghat. He falls in love with a high caste girl Shaalu (Shweta Tripathi).

6. Dum Laga Ke Haisha (IMDB: 7.5)
dumlagakehaisha759.jpg
This is the only and the best comedy film in my list for this year.
Main character Prem (Ayshmann Khurana), a highschool dropout, hesitantly marries an educated but overweight girl, Sandhya (Bhumi Pednekar). However, the couple come closer when they take part in a race, which involves Prem carrying Sandhya on his back. The movie has shows authentic linguistic and cultural influences of Uttar Pradhesh. Prem’s father (Sanjay Mishra) played a very hilarious role who can make you roll on the floor all the time.

5. Manjhi: The Mountain Man (IMDB: 8.3)
manjhithemountainman.jpg
Manjhi is a biopic, based on the life of Dashrath Manjhi, widely known as the “Mountain Man”. He was a poor labourer from a small village of Bihar who broke a 360 feet long, 25 feet deep in places and 30 feet wide mountain using in 22 years with only a hammer and chisel. Just because his beloved wife died because of that. His work is more beautiful than The Taj Mahal. Moral of the film is if a person has will power, he can do anything in the world. Also, don’t be responsible on others, what if others are responsible on you too.

4. Badlapur (IMDB: 7.5)
vlcsnap-error103 (2).png
The axe forgets but the tree remembers. Badlapur, don’t miss the beginning is one the top revenge movie made in bollywood after GoW.
Story is about Raghu’s (Varun Dhawan) unblemished life is shattered when he loses his wife and son. Victims of a bank heist, they both succumb to their injuries. Raghu takes on a journey to avenge their deaths. Varun Dhawan in all his previous films only appeared as a funny next door mischievous character. But for the first time he proved that he can be play a no non-sense psycho killer character of a 40 year old man. For Nawazuddin, I have no words to define level of brilliant actor for this role.

3. Bajrangi Bhaijaan (IMDB: 8.3)
381127-bajrangi-bhaijaan-song.jpg
Pawan Kumar Chaturvedi alias Bajrangi, an ardent devotee of a Hindu deity, Hanuman, who embarks on taking a six-year old Pakistani girl Munni ( Harshali Malhotra) separated in India from her parents. He faces numerous challenges when he tries to reunite Munni with her family after she gets lost while travelling back home with her mother.
From the story to screenplay, music to comedy everything was delivered great throughout the movie. Nawazduddin comes after the half, played a role of struggling journalist who captures all the moments of Bajrangi for his lovely motive. The moral of this film was love is beyond religion and nation.

2. Talvar (IMDB: 8.5)
irrfan-khan-talvar-759
The film is based on the 2008 Noida double murder case, in which a teenage girl and her family servant were found murdered, and her parents were convicted for the murders. The Lunchbox starring Irrfan Khan did pretty well in this film as a CBI inspector. The film basically sort out the how badly Indian police control, investigation units and judiciary system works in an unprofessional way due to corruption and rusting in the system.

1. Drishyam (IMDB: 8.8)ajay-devgn-drishyam-759
A 5th standard pass yet an intelligent man, Vijay (Ajay Devgan) runs a successful business and loves his family. When a dark incident threatens to ruin his family, he desperately tries to protect them at all costs. The film have one of the best story and screenplay I have seen in Indian film. Although it is a remake of Tamil film, but all actors including Ajay, Tabu and specially that little girl Anu (Mrunal Jadhav) performed extremely well. The moral of the film is nothing is right or wrong to prove when it comes to protecting your family.

Five keys to safer food

According to World Heath Organisation (WHO) unsafe food is linked to the deaths of an estimated 2 million people annually – including many children. Food containing harmful bacteria, viruses, parasites or chemical substances is responsible for more than 200 diseases, ranging from diarrhea to cancers.
This year on World Heath Day, the new campaign is for food safety. This is a shared responsibility. It is important to work all along the food production chain – from farmers and manufacturers to vendors and consumers.
So here are the five keys to safer food offer practical guidance to vendors and consumers for handling and preparing food as per WHO:
Key 1: Keep it clean

It is always necessary to clean your hands before handling, preparing and cooking food. Wash your hands after using toilet, with a good antiseptic soap. Wash and sanitize all the surfaces and equipment used in preparation of meal. And make sure you are protecting your kitchen areas and food from insects, pests, and other birds and animals. All the things above will let dangerous infectious micro-organisms away from food that are found in soil, water, animals and people. It usually carries through hands, clothes, utensils and animals.
Key 2: Separate raw and cooked food
fs-separate
It is recommended to keep raw and cooked foods separate reduces the risk of cross contamination. Cross contamination is used to describe the transfer of bacteria from sources such as raw meat or poultry, food handlers, animals and refuse to a high risk food, e.g. cooked meat products, dairy products, egg dishes (high protein foods). Hence you must keep separate utensils and containers for raw and cooked food.
Key 3: Cook food thoroughly

Some cooked dishes contain ingredients that may have harmful bacteria. Cooking foods thoroughly will help to destroy these bacteria. It is important to check that meat, chicken, fish or egg dishes are cooked thoroughly. Always eat fresh food and make heat above 70*C while cooking to make safer for consumption. Also keep reheating thoroughly time after time.
Key 4: Keep food at safe temperatures

Never leave cooked food at room temperature for more than 2 hours. It is recommended to keep in refrigerator below 5*C promptly all cooked and perishable food as it avoid micro-organisms for further multiply; although some grows normally. But keep in mind storing food too long even in refrigerator is not safe. As we all know serving main course hot makes it tasty but it also it slow down or even stops the growth of micro-organisms. So keep it piping hot more than 60*C before serving it.

Key 5: Use safe water and raw materials

In modern world it become must to have a water purifier at home now. Reverse Osmosis (RO) purifier is one of the best in market as dangerous micro-organism and chemicals in water is getting more common. Besides water, choose foods processed for safety, such as pasteurized milk. Prefer farm fresh wholesome food over canned and supermarket. Toxic chemicals may be formed in damaged and mouldy foods. Always wash and peel before eating it raw. Do not use food beyond its expiry or best before date.

How to shop smart in a supermarket?

supermarket-main1
Alright! everyone goes to super market to purchase the products of all your daily needs. As this is the place where you can get all the stuffs under one roof. Almost everything from groceries, deli, dairy, stationary, electronics, clothes, or even toilet paper. But there are certain things that you should keep in mind to be a smart customer. Because shopping in supermarket can be very beneficial or a trap as well. The whole supermarket is the concept is to make you buy their products that you never needed by display and sale. Here is the list of 20 things you should know before you shop smartly and wisely.
1.) Always notice the sale products in ad voucher and showcase:
When you first enter the super market you should be know about the good deals and sales. If not first notice that in the sale showcase of the day or week. This will make you very specific about your savings.
2.) Make a list of things you want to buy:
There should be a list of products you actually need it. Many people forget the things they came for as it is a place that can distract anyone. It can make you purchase the things that you don’t really wanted and things you really need. Be fix with your budget and move your cart quickly.
3.) Always keep your carry bag:
They are gonna charge you few bucks for a carry bag depending on the size. So it is smarter if you always keep couple of big shopping bags in your car. It not only save environment but also additional unnecessary thing in your house.
4.) Beware of almost getting expired or best before products:
Many times we have seen that the products that has been placed in the sale are either defective, almost getting out of date in a month or so. So be smart and check the manufacturing date first before putting it in your cart in excitement.
5.) Fresh Products always are in the back of cabinet:
You will always notice that the more fresh products are in the back of the less fresh products. It is simply way of putting goods in the supermarkets. As they want to make you sell out the least fresh product first as it will be best before soon. So be smart and put the product from the back of the row.
6.) Overpriced Organic food products:
Their is a separate counter in a supermarket where you will find food grains, pulses, spices etc in a special packing of organic level. These products are supposed to be said unprocessed and healthy. But for this you need to pay much more, sometimes even twice the amount of normal packing. These organic products can be purchased from farms and small shops in much less price. So it would be better if you avoid and pay less there.
7.) Keep away from the promoters:
There are two types of assistance in the supermarket. First are normal assistant and other are just sales men also known as promoters. They just get target to sell the product of which they are getting paid of by making you fool about other better products with higher sell. So never be trapped in their lies.
8.)  Don’t be afraid to complain:
Many times we have seen that the assistants are not helping much. They might be flirting with other employees or having chit-chat funtime. If they are not able to help as your need. Never be hesitate to complaint against him to his manager. Even if the manager is not professional. Write an email to the company about the store.
9.) Alternative products of same type:
Many products of smaller companies. It might be worse in quality, some defect. It will never be as good as the original product. It will be definitely cheaper in price or even with buy one get one.  So move away from that.
10.) Don’t waste time in moving your trolley:
Many times it is seen people spend way more time than they should in supermarket. There are a lot of stuffs in attractive display for making you buy more. So it is better to avoid moving your trolley smoothly and walk fast with your specific made up list.
11.) Don’t pay more for goods that are cheaper in other stores:
Usually it is seen that the cookwares and glasswares are cheaper in their specific store with more variety. Nappies, padding and cosmetics in chemist shop. Light bulbs in electric shops have more warranty and lesser price. These supermarkets just keep it for those who are lazy enough to go other than one roof. Don’t buy unless or until it is in great sale.
12.) Electronics section can be a disappointment:
These big supermarkets only get the specific electronic goods that they buy in bulk. You will not get much variety of models to choose from like you do in electronic showroom shop. Even in sale if you not specific about the model or compared with other brands, don’t buy it.
13.) Pre cut veggies and fruits are trap:
You might be an ravager cook. Takes time to cut vegetables and fruits, have no time as working person or just lazy enough to pay less for uncut food. These pre cut food is generally worse product of food. It has been cut so many stale or over ripen fruits and veg get also included in the packet. Because these stuff will never be sold if placed uncut and lose.
14.) Never buy fruits from the supermarket:
Remember that old 90s sitcom, Seinfeld show? That character Kramer said “Never buy fruits from the supermarket! The apples are mealy, the oranges are dry… I don’t know what’s going on with the papayas!”
Exactly these fruits might be worse than the local fruits shops. But if you are specific about apples. It might be better as in our hot summers in India. Apple should be stored strictly in refrigerator that is more possible in these supermarkets. But always check before you put in cart as it can be of months too.
15.) Avoid looking at the stuffs in the billing counter:
This the best place for customers to distract and make them put in their cart by supermarket. Chocolates, toffees, chewing gums, toys, or the snacks that are not selling. This is for kids who are getting bored and annoying their parents to put these stuffs more.
16.) Don’t hesitate to keep aside wrong products while billing:
Sometimes we put some products by mistake or some other customers think that this is their trolley and put products in it. Sometimes you realize that you already have alternative of it at your home. So always check that while billing and keep aside unwanted products.

At some certain amount of shopping many supermarkets offer you free parking ticket. So always ask the cashier about it during billing.
18.) Avoid cashier’s offer of some stupid card:
Many times in supermarket. The cashier asks for some useless smart card to purchase that will give you like 10 paisa per 1000 rupees you purchase. It is just a card to keep space in your wallet or purse. So simply avoid and move fast.

After some certain amount or you purchased a lot and it is difficult to carry by you alone. Ask for the home delivery option. Many supermarkets do it for free of cost. They will deliver at your home address all you have to do is keep a slip of that.

It has been noticed that many times cashier do wrong billing as they put the same product twice or some wrong product code into your billing list.
